La persona que se haya constituido parte civil, admitida su demanda; tendrá el derecho de solicitar pruebas para el esclarecimiento de la verdad sobre el cuerpo del delito, los autores o participes, la responsabilidad penal de ellos y la naturaleza y cuantía de los perjuicios que se le hayan ocasionado.
