Articulo 4º . Todas las empresas o sociedades particulares de vigilancia privada deberán celebrar con una compañía aseguradora, contratos de seguros, con el objeto de garantizar el cumplimiento de los servicios contratados y la responsabilidad civil ante los contratantes del servicio, respecto de los bienes cuya vigilancia se les confiá. La cuantiá de este contrato de seguros será determinada mediante resolución del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
