Remisión del expedi ente. El expediente y la acusación se entregarán personalmente por el funcionario en la Secretaría del Juzgado competente, en donde se le pondrá la

nota de presentación. Además, entregará todos los elementos aprehendidos dentro de la investigación, pondrá a disposición del Juez, en el respectivo establecimiento, al procesado privado de libertad y en el banco o entidad correspondiente, las cauciones que hubieren sido prestadas. De lo anterior se le expedirá recibo. CAPITULO SEGUNDO De otras pretensiones.
