Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación deroga el Decreto 4890 de 2011, el sub-numeral 6.3.1. del numeral 6 del artículo 1º del Decreto 049 de 2003, el Decreto 1381 da 2015 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
