Serán Vicepresidentes de la Organización: con carácter nato el representante del país sede de la Secretaría General, quien sustituirá al Presidente en caso de ausencia o vacante, y otros dos de países distintos, elegidos por la Comisión Directiva en su condición representativa e institucional, por un período de cuatro años.
