Artículo único. Organízanse por administración directa los trabajos de construcción de los edificios para el Colegio de Segunda Enseñanza para Señoritas, en Chiquinquirá, con el personal y asignaciones mensuales que en seguida se expresan: un Ingeniero Administrador, con $ 450.00, y un Pagador - Contador - Almacenista, con $ 250.00.

Parágrafo

El ejercicio de los cargos a que se refiere el presente Decreto no da derecho a devengar prima móvil. Comuníquese y publíquese.
