De las retribuciones otorgadas en el sistema de justicia premial. La retribución a la que se refiere el artículo 91 de la Ley 1708 de 2014, está a cargo del Administrador del FRISCO, quien efectuará el pago una vez sea vendido el bien vinculado al trámite de extinción de dominio en el que se ordenó la retribución, o transferirá el bien conforme a lo estipulado en el fallo judicial. En los eventos en que el administrador del FRISCO considere que la decisión judicial no sea clara en cuanto al porcentaje a asignar del bien o del grupo de bienes, podrá solicitar aclaración de la providencia judicial.
