Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el artículo 24 del Decreto 372 de 1996 y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y en especial los artículos 7, 13, 15, y literal h) del artículo 43 del Decreto 372 de 1996.
