° La suscripción del empréstito estará abierta hasta el 30 de junio próximo; pero después del 31 de marzo deberán pagarse, además del valor del bono, los intereses al 10 por 100 anual, desde esta, fecha hasta aquella en que hagan el depósito. No será obligatorio el pago de tales intereses si el suscriptor prescinde del cupón correspondiente al primer trimestre de ellos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
