Las sanciones previstas en este Decreto solo podrá imponerse después de recibidos y evaluados los descargos que presente la institución. Contra las resoluciones y acuerdos que dicten el Director y la Junta Directiva del ICFES en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en este Decreto solo procederá el recurso de reposición.
