La persona que compruebe haber sufragado los gastos de entierro de un(a) afiliado(a) o pensionado(a), tendrá derecho a percibir un auxilio funerario equivalente al último salario base de cotización, o al valor correspondiente a la última mesada pensional recibida, según sea el caso, sin que este auxilio pueda ser inferior a cinco (5) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, ni superior a diez (10) veces dicho salario. Esta prestación será asumida y pagada por parte del Componente de Prima Media administrado por COLPENSIONES.
