Art. 35. Todos los nombramientos que se hagan en virtud de este decreto son de forzosa aceptacion i los nombrados no podrán escusarse de desempeñar sus deberes sino por impedimento fisico comprobado. En caso contrario, serán obligados a llenar sus funciones con multas desde cincuenta hasta quinientos pesos, i si fuere necesario, serán reemplazados sin demora por quien los hubiere nombrado para que las operaciones eleccionarias no sufran ningun retardo.
