A la Junta Directiva de la Caja de Previsión Social de que trata el artículo 19 de la Ley 22 de 1942 , pertenecerá también el funcionario o empleado que designe la junta de la confederación de sindicatos de la rama jurisdiccional, ministerio público y contencioso administrativo que tenga personería jurídica.
