En el escrito mediante el cual se acrediten los requisitos a que hace referencia el presente Decreto, se entenderá que los elegidos manifiestan, bajo la gravedad del juramento que se entiende prestado con la sola presentación de los documentos, no estar incursos en ninguna de las inhabilidades o incompatibilidades de ley, especialmente de las consagradas en el artículo 34 de la Ley 14 de 1991.
