Art. 1.° Los empleados militares responsables del Erario tendrán, para la rendición de sus cuentas, cuando éstas correspondan al todo o parte do un período fiscal durante el cual hayan tenido que entrar en campaña, un término de seis meses contados desde la fecha en que se declare restablecida la paz.
