El Gobierno Nacional a través del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y en concertación con los grupos étnicos prestará asesoría especializada en el desarrollo curricular, en la elaboración de textos y materiales educativos y en la ejecución de programas de investigación y capacitación etnolinguística.
