Decreto 518 de 1969 · por el cual se determina la estructura interna y la planta de personal de la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Artículo quinto. En las ciudades de Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cali, Cúcuta, Manizales y Medellín, funcionarán Oficinas Seccionales y en Quibdó y San Andrés (Islas), Oficinas Locales, encargadas de adelantar a nivel regional las funciones que corresponden a la División de Investigaciones y ¡as que le sean asignadas por el Superintendente y los Jefes de División.

Parágrafo

Las Oficinas Seccionales y Locales podrán ser trasladadas, transitoriamente, a otras ciudades del país, a juicio del Superintendente, cuando en ellas sea indispensable desarrollar actividades propias de la Superintendencia. II - Planta de personal.
