Crease en la ciudad de Marinilla, patria nativa de doña Simona de Álzate, un Instituto de Enseñanza Industrial, el cual llevara el nombre de "Escuela de Artes y Oficios Simona Duque", destinado a promover la formación técnico-industrial de la juventud.

Parágrafo

Para atender a los gastos que demande el presente artículo, éstos se tomarán de la partida general del Ministerio de Educación Nacional destinada a la fundación de establecimientos de enseñanza industrial o secundaria, en el año de 1959 y en los siguientes.
