º. El nuevo Ministro entregará al Presidente de la República su Carta Credencial, cambiándose entre los dos breves expresiones de saludo. En seguida el Ministro Diplomático tomará asiento a la derecha del Presidente y departirá con éste por algunos instantes, después de lo cual se despedirá siendo acompañado hasta la puerta del salón por el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores.
