Si el traslado se efectúa con anterioridad al 15 de febrero o al 15 de agosto, el respectivo Jefe de Unidad procederá a hacer un "Informe de calificación" del trasladado, empleando para ello los formularios adoptados por la Dirección General. Estos informes se harán en forma análoga a la establecida para, las calificaciones, pudiéndose también reclamar de ellos conforme a lo prescrito para éstas.
