amends Artículo 358 CODIGO SUSTANTIVO DEL TRABAJO de 1951amends decreto 2663/50

Modifíquese el artículo 358 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, el cual quedará así:

Artículo 358. Libertad de afiliación .

Los sindicatos son organizaciones de libre ingreso y retiro de los trabajadores. En los estatutos se reglamentará la coparticipación en instituciones de beneficio mutuo que hubiere establecido el sindicato con aportes de sus miembros.
