Artículo único. Concédese franquicia telegráfica hasta por veinte palabras al señor Administrador de la Renta de Licores de la Comisaria de Arauca, y de diez palabras al Jefe del Resguardo y a cada uno de los agentes expendedores municipales, de la misma, únicamente para tratar los asuntos urgentes concernientes a dicha renta. Comuníquese y publíquese.
