° Elaborada la hoja de servicios o liquidación, de los mismos, se le agregarán los certificados necesarios; y se enviará el expediente al Departamento Jurídico, o a la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares, según sea el caso, para la elaboración de la correspondiente resolución.
