Decreto 470 de 1986 · Por el cual se establece un Régimen Especial de Fomento Económico para las Intendencias y Comisarías, se dictan disposiciones sobre Régimen Aduanero en la Intendencia Especial de San Andrés y Providencia y se adoptan otras normas.

Se encuentran excluidos del impuesto a las ventas los siguientes hechos generadores realizados en los municipios de Leticia, Puerto Inírida y Mitú

a)

La venta y entrega real dentro de dichos municipios de bienes producidos en ellos.

b)

La venta y entrega real dentro del territorio de estos municipios de bienes producidos en el resto del territorio nacional.

c)

La importación, al territorio de estos municipios, de los bienes indicados en los artículos 27 y 28 de este Decreto, así como su venta y entrega real en dichos lugares.

d)

La prestación de servicios realizada en el territorio de estos municipios.
