Modifíquese el artículo 386 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 386. EXPORTACIÓN POR TRÁFICO POSTAL Y ENVÍOS URGENTES. Podrán ser objeto de exportación, por la modalidad de tráfico postal y envíos urgentes, los envíos de correspondencia, los envíos que salen del territorio nacional por la red oficial de correos y los envíos urgentes que requieran ágil entrega a su destinatario, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos legales impuestos por otras autoridades."
