Por Decreto Separado, El Gobierno Nacional, Con La Intervención De La Dirección Del Presupuesto, Distribuirá Las Apropiaciones Globales Incluídas En Este Decreto Para Cada Uno De Los Ministerios Y Departamentos Administrativos, Teniendo En Cuenta Las Solicitudes De Las Respectivas Dependencias Y Con Sujeción A Las Disposiciones Normativas Del Manejo Del Presupuesto

Por decreto separado, el Gobierno Nacional, con la intervención de la Dirección del Presupuesto, distribuirá las apropiaciones globales incluídas en este Decreto para cada uno de los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, teniendo en cuenta las solicitudes de las respectivas dependencias y con sujeción a las disposiciones normativas del manejo del Presupuesto.

Parágrafo

La dirección del Presupuesto determinará las apropiaciones parciales sujeras también a este mandato, las cuales no podrán ejercitarse sino después de dictado el respectivo decreto o resolución, según corresponda, de distribución.
