Art. 12. Los Municipios pertenecientes á la Intendencia de Casanare formarán un Circuito Judicial, que se denominará de Casanare, y que tendrá por capital á la de la Intendencia, en el cual habrá un Juez para lo Civil y otro para lo Criminal, y que pertenecerá al Distrito judicial de Tundama.

Parágrafo

Quedan derogados los artículos 1.°, 2.°, 5.° y 6.° de la Ley 171 de 1896 .
