Artículo sexto. Los empleadores informarán anualmente, en el mes de enero, al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, sobre el valor de los anticipos de cesantía entregados a cada trabajador en el año inmediatamente anterior de conformidad con las normas del presente decreto, La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá exigir al Banco Central Hipotecario la demostración de que los anticipos de cesantía fueron efectivamente destinados a adquisición de vivienda o lote, o a la amortización de obligaciones hipotecarias.
