Parágrafo 1

Gozaran también de este aumento de sueldo los empleados de las Oficinas Telegráficas y de la Administración a que se refiere el Decreto 1007, de mayo de 1919, y los de las Oficinas Telegráficas creadas por los Decretos números 959 y 1057, de mayo del mismo año.

Parágrafo 2

Los empleados de la Administración General y de la Oficina Central, cuyos sueldos fueron restablecidos por Decreto número 1057, de mayo de 1919, gozaran de un aumento del diez por ciento (10 por 100) sobre las asignaciones que hoy disfrutan.
