Los extranjeros interesados a cualquier título en la explotación de hidrocarburos de que trata la presente Ley, deberán declarar expresamente que se someten a las disposiciones de la Ley 145 de 1888 , "sobre extranjería y naturalización," y a las demás que la adicionan y reforman.
