En el Presupuesto correspondiente a las vigencias siguientes a la expedición de esta Ley, se incluirán necesariamente las partidas para dar cumplraiiento a lo ordenado en los artículos 1° y 2°, a razón de doscientos mil pesos por año, hasta completar el total de seiscientos mil pesos ($ 600,000.00).
