Tesorero del Fondo. El Tesorero del Fondo es el tesorero General de la Nación, quien llevará la cuenta general correspondiente. El Fondo tendrá un cajero especial que será el jefe de la sección de Caja del ministerio de Obras Públicas, al cual el Tesorero girara las sumas que el Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales considere necesarias para el cumplimiento de los compromisos.
