Derecho del obtentor . El obtentor de una variedad inscrita en el Registro Nacional de Variedades Vegetales Protegidas tendrá el derecho de impedir que terceros realicen sin su consentimiento los actos iniciados el artículo 24 de la Decisión 345 de 1993, respecto a las variedades protegidas y de las esencialmente derivada de la variedad protegida, salvo que esta sea a su vez una variedad esencialmente derivada.
