Toda persona que entre o salga de la: Zona sin estar provista del pase respectivo o lo haga por lugares distintos a los señalados por la Gerencia como puertas de entrada y salida, pagarán una multa de $ 50.00- Éncaso de reincidencia la multa será de $ 100.00. Si el infractor hubiése penetrado salvando el muro de delimitación, la 'multa será de $ 500.00.
