Art. 303 . Vencido el término probatorio se procederá como estar expresado en los artículos 292 y 293 e esta ley debiendo resolver el juez si confirma o revoca el decreto de amparo de pobreza, vista de las pruebas presentadas por la contra parte del amparo.
