El artículo 15 de la Ley 45 de 1936 quedará así:
"Al ejercicio de la patria potestad sobre los hijos naturales se aplicarán las reglas de los Títulos 12 y 14 del Libro 1º del Código Civil en cuanto no pugnen con las disposiciones de la presente Ley".
