° De cada emisión de los títulos de que trata este Decreto se extenderá un acta firmada por los representantes del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección General de Crédito Público-, de la Tesorería General de la República y de la Contraloría General de la República. En tal acta se harán constar los aspectos relevantes de dichos títulos, así como las cantidades físicas de los mismos que se declaran emitidos. La emisión de dichos títulos se hará en el Despacho del Tesorero General de la República.
