º. Firmas repetidas . De conformidad con el artículo 19 de la Ley 134 de 1994, si hubiere firmas repetidas, se tendrá por válida la que tenga la fecha más reciente. Cuando una misma persona haya respaldado dos veces la misma iniciativa, sólo valdrá el último respaldo.
