El Jurado Electoral nombrará, ocho días antes de cada votación popular, los Jurados de Votación, cada uno de los cuales se compondrá de cinco miembros principales, que sepan leer y escribir y sean vecinos del Municipio en que deban funcionar, encargados de recibir los votos y hacer el primer escrutinio de ellos. Cada miembro tendrá un suplente personal que reúna las mismas condiciones.
