º . Modifícase el artículo 7º del Decreto 3131 de 2005, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 7º. Cuando el funcionario no hubiere desempeñado el cargo durante el semestre completo habrá lugar al reconocimiento y pago de la bonificación de actividad judicial en forma proporcional a los días laborados, siempre y cuando haya prestado el servicio, en los empleos señalados en el artículo 1º del Decreto 3131 de 2005, mínimo cuatro meses en el respectivo semestre y se haya dado cumplimiento al artículo 3º del citado decreto".
