El Banco de la República y los bancos comerciales podrán invertir hasta un diez por ciento (10%) de su capital y reserva legal en acciones de la clase "C" de la Empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río o en bonos del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, emitidos con destino a la financiación de aquella Empresa.
