Art. 3.° El Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro revisará las resoluciones de la Corte Suprema y de la Comisión de Suministros sobre recompensas militares, y suministros, empréstitos y expropiaciones, para fijar definitivamente las cantidades que deben pagarse; pero en ningún caso podrá aumentar las sumas reconocidas.
