El Ministro de Agricultura y Comercio formará parte del Consejo de la Economía Nacional, ya que con posterioridad a la expedición de la Ley 23 de 1931 fue separado del Ministerio de Industrias ese Departamento Administrativo. Igualmente tendrá asiento en el Consejo con voz y voto el Gerente de la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero, establecida después de la promulgación de la Ley citada.
