Decreto 1616 de 1956 · Por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 2º del Decreto número 1070 de 1956

Artículo primero, En desarrollo de lo establecido por el artículo segundo del Decreto numero 1070 de 1956, el propietario de un inmueble que solicite al Ministerio de Fomento la licencia para podre exigir la entrega por parte del arrendatario de una finca raíz, con el fin de ocuparla para su propia habitación o negocio, deberá llenar previamente los siguientes requisitos

Elevar una solicitud en papel sellado al Ministerio de Fomento, exponiendo su caso;

Acreditar su calidad de propietario, y

Prestar una garantía bancaria, hipotecaria o prendaria, por el término de seis (6) meses, a favor del Ministerio de Fomento, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de su solicitud.
