Art. 3º Para verificar la recolección será permitido practicar rondas o inspecciones en las casas y campos donde existan armas ocultas; y una vez halladas, se conducirán al parque de esta ciudad y se dará aviso al Sr. Ministro de Guerra para que se les apliquen a los infractores las penas señaladas en los Decretos que rigen sobre la materia.
