° Los comprobantes consistirán en relaciones del Tesorero General del actual Departamento de Santander, visadas por el respectivo Administrador Departamental de Hacienda Nacional, quien solo visara tales relaciones previo examen de los documentos originales que acrediten las respectivas partidas.
