Condiciones de alta para prestaciones . Al Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo que se encuentre en el exterior, se le liquidará en caso de retiro, los tres (3) meses de alta y demás prestaciones sociales, en moneda colombiana sobre la base de los haberes que recibiría se encontrase prestando sus servicios en la guarnición de Bogotá. En caso de muerte del Oficial o Suboficial, se procederá en igual forma para el reconocimiento de las prestaciones a favor de sus beneficiarios.
