Las autoridades encargadas de preservar el orden en el proceso e lectoral deberán obedecer al presidente del jurado cuando ordene el retiro o retención, en cárcel o cuerpo, de guardia, de las personas que en cualquier forma perturban en el ejercicio del sufragio.
