DECLARACIONES BAJO JURAMENTO. Las versiones que rindan los testigos en los informativos disciplinarios, se producirán bajo la gravedad del juramento. Para tal fin, el funcionario le hará al declarante las advertencias sobre el falso testimonio y le interrogará de acuerdo con la siguiente fórmula: "Bajo la gravedad del juramento, ¿jura decir la verdad, toda la verdad y nada más que la verdad en la declaración que va a rendir ".
