Finalidad. Para los fines de este capítulo bajo la denominación “Entidad Administradora” se entenderá tanto al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, como a las corporaciones regionales a quienes por ley se haya asignado la función de administrar este recurso; cuando sólo se haya asignado la función de promover o preservar la fauna silvestre, la competencia no es extensiva al otorgamiento de permisos, licencias y autorizaciones y demás regulaciones relativas al aprovechamiento del recurso.
